The online entry page will close immediately on the entries closing date at 23:59 hours BWF Headquarters time (+08:00h GMT) and you are required to submit the entries on time. |

Late entries will not be accepted. |

No entry forms are required by Member Association. All entries must be submitted online only. |

After the closing date, the BWF Online Entry System will send notification to all participating Member Associations confirming receipt of final entries. Receipt of this notification is the conclusive evidence of receipt of entries before the deadline. |

The Member Associations should contact BWF immediately if such notice is not received by the Wednesday (next day of the entries closing date) by noon BWF Headquarters time (+08.00h GMT) following close of entries. |

If no objection is received by BWF by Thursday (second day after the entries closing day) 23.59 hours BWF Headquarters time (+08.00h GMT) following the close of entries, the entries shall be deemed to be correct. No complaints / objections shall be entertained after this point. |

Drug testing will be carried out by random sample system according to BWF regulation.

| Conditions for Entries : |
| |
The organizers will not be responsible
for any injury sustained, at any time, by
any player or official arising from his participation
in this Championship. Any costs incurred for
medical treatment and/or hospitalization shall
be borne by the Member Association of the
player/official concerned. All players
and officials are recommended to review their
insurance cover and ensure that it meets your
current requirements. |

If any delegates, who need Visa, please inform their personal details including Nationality, D.O.B, passport Number, expiry date as the attached form and then we will send the official invitation for the purpose of Visa application. |

| Flights and Transport |
| |
You should aim to arrival at
Incheon International Airport. |
| |
Airport transfer will be provided from Incheon International airport to the official hotel upon team’s request according to the attached form and the form should be sent to BKA as well as the Hotel reservation form.
Please visit the “VICTOR KOREA OPEN BADMINTON SUPER SERIES PREMIER 2012” information desk at the airport. The information desk is located between Gate 13 and Gate 14 on the arrival floor. |
